The Challenge
Wardrobe Essentials & Co., a fashion and lifestyle brand, wanted to increase customer interaction and brand loyalty across its digital channels. Although their content was visually strong, engagement rates had plateaued, and the team sought innovative ways to connect more authentically with their audience.
The Strategy
The Miracle Agency designed an interactive content campaign focused on user participation and brand storytelling. We introduced style polls, “this or that” stories, user-generated content campaigns, and video lookbooks to make the brand feel more personal and community-driven.
To amplify visibility, we combined these with targeted Instagram and TikTok ads, retargeting warm audiences who had previously engaged with the brand. We also used email marketing to re-engage existing customers with quizzes and interactive styling guides.
The Result
Within the first campaign cycle, user engagement increased by 55%, and customer retention improved by 20%. The interactive approach strengthened brand trust and turned passive followers into active participants.
