Due to the nature of our digital products, you are not able to return digital products as once you view the product, you are able to retain the information given. Once you have purchased one of our digital product, the product is for your knowledge only. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, transferring and sharing this product with third parties or others than yourself. You are also prohibited from reselling this product or its information as your own. Violators of this policy will be prosecuted!

At The Miracle Agency, we understand that different industries have unique requirements, and we strive to provide tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. For clients in high replenishment industries, such as clothing brands, we have a contingency policy in place to account for the additional time consumed during content shoots and social media content. This policy ensures transparency and allows for a clear discussion before booking any retainer packages.
Higher Monthly Fee:
Clients in high replenishment industries may incur a higher monthly fee due to the extended time required for content shoots. The specific details regarding the increased fee will be discussed and agreed upon before booking the package. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the cost implications associated with the additional time and effort required for these industries.
Transparent Discussion:
Before finalizing the retainer package, our team will have a detailed discussion with clients in high replenishment industries to understand their specific requirements and the scope of work involved. This discussion will include an explanation of the higher monthly fee and the factors contributing to it.
Cancellations:
At The Miracle Agency, we require a 30 days notice to finish our at remaining work and to plan accordingly. This communication should sent via email for the purposes of paper trail.
Return Policy for Retainer Packages at The Miracle Agency:
At The Miracle Agency, we understand that unexpected changes can occur in business, and we aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. While purchasing a retainer package indicates your commitment to your business growth plan, we have outlined the guidelines for refunds in the event that circumstances prevent you from completing all of your sessions.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for retainer packages are considered on an individual basis and are at the discretion of The Miracle Agency. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Cancellation within 48 hours: If you decide to cancel your retainer package within 48 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please note that a retainer fee of $100 and a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Incomplete days due to unexpected circumstances: If unexpected circumstances prevent you from completing all of your sessions, you may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. This request will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of The Miracle Agency. If approved, a refund will be issued, minus a 10% transaction fee.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that each situation is unique, and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
